I love people. I believe that every single person you encounter in your life leaves an impact on you, in some way teaches you something and changes you, whether it be minuscule or profoundly. People are my favorite animals and that is why I am a portrait artist. Much of my art is oil paintings on canvas, but I also do a lot of line drawings and watercolors on paper. Sometimes I like to work in very traditional methods, but I also like to mix it up and get a little experimental with my materials, just depends how I am feeling that day. I have a lot of influences, but prob my biggest is Egon Schiele. I’ve been creating art since 1993 and have shown in Milwaukee, WI and Albuquerque, NM. I definitely would like to do a lot more traveling, meet new interesting people, expand my perspective and hopefully have opportunities to show in other cities.
